The latte art and the decorated cappuccinos need a milk jug with certain characteristic. Therefore, our company has created one on purpose
Inside a post of our twin-blog “Aprire un bar”, we have talked about the ideal cappuccino and latte art milk jug.
In fact, when making a cappuccino, much importance is given to the technique, but some should also be given to the jug used. It should be made of steel, to have a better feel of the temperature, and it should be slightly cone shaped and facing up to allow a better rotation and milk whipping. There are no other particular characteristics needed.
This is not different for the Latte Art, and many who have taken our Espresso Academy courses say that they have difficulties finding the right milk jugs that have a thin and short beak.
Our company has tried to solve this problem creating a jug made on purpose for the Latte Art. This jug has a size made to contain two cappuccino (statistics show that it is the most frequently asked quantity) and it has a handle which is placed at a certain distance away from the jug, to not get burnt.
Since it is made of steel, it can be easily placed in ice, even if the jug is still very hot, to maintain the milk as cold as possible.
The price is 25€ + shipping cost
